About the job
As Omnichannel Senior Content Manager, you're both the creative mind and the strategic lead behind our content approach. You’ll develop smart, high-converting content for all our channels (paid, CRM, social, offline and e-com) and make sure everything is aligned: from crops and copy to click-through rates. You understand what makes a campaign perform and what it takes to truly make an impact.
You’ll work closely with our performance marketing agency, giving clear direction and monthly asset targets, and analysing results through Google Analytics and product data. You know how to organise shoots, creatively leverage AI tools and deliver bold, eye-catching content that converts.
You’ll coordinate with e-commerce, marketplaces and merchandising to align campaigns with stock and commercial goals. If one product takes off and inventory runs low, you know how to smoothly pivot the campaign to another hero item. You act fast, think ahead and are not afraid to make bold moves.
What you'll do
You are responsible for creating high-converting content for CRM, paid media, social media, offline channels, and e-commerce. You set up, test, and optimize campaigns based on conversion and click data. In addition, you manage external agencies with clear goals and briefings. You analyze Google data and translate these insights into an effective content strategy.
To align campaigns with product launches, events, or seasonal pushes, you work closely with colleagues from sales, production, and design. You ensure an integrated approach where all stakeholders are aligned. You also report campaign performance and other valuable insights to the CEO and senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
You organize photo shoots and oversee visual production. You actively coordinate on inventory and product levels, bridging the gap between marketing and commerce. Furthermore, you contribute to strengthening our brand story and PR strategy in the lead-up to product launches. You work with AI, Adobe, Canva, and other tools needed to truly make an impact.
Over time, you will also take on responsibility for managing junior content marketers.
About you
You bring at least seven years of experience in omnichannel content or paid media, preferably in fashion, lingerie, lifestyle or e-commerce. You know how to connect performance, creativity and conversion thinking, and you move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
You’re confident using tools like Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, AI platforms and Google Analytics. You have a sharp visual instinct; you know exactly how the right crop, angle or colour can make all the difference. You're fluent in both Dutch and English, quick on your feet, creative, detail-oriented and not afraid to just get things done when needed
