About the job
As Merchandise Planner, you’ll be responsible for building and managing our commercial plans. You are the architect of our planning process, ensuring that every channel, from wholesale to marketplace to e-commerce, delivers on its targets. Working with WSSI, OTB, and range planning, you keep stock, margins, and sales in balance. Together with Design, Buying, and the CEO, you’ll drive the right decisions to achieve both growth and profitability.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves numbers, structure, and speed who enjoys turning data into direct action.
What you'll do
In this role, you’ll be the link between data, commerce, and operations. You’ll lead range planning down to SKU level, working with the team to decide which products will make the biggest impact. With your management of the WSSI and sharp forecasts, you ensure we always know where we stand and where we’re headed – insights you share directly with the CEO during weekly trade meetings.
You’ll keep promotions and price actions tightly under control to balance both sales and margin. You’ll maintain a clear overview of our warehouses and channels, making sure the right stock is always in the right place. And with your dashboards and trade packs, you’ll make complex data easy to understand, translating numbers into concrete actions that help the entire team move faster and make smarter decisions.
About you
Proven experience with WSSI, OTB, and range planning (ideally in multi-channel environments);
Strong analytical skills; just as comfortable in Excel as in a strategy meeting;
Able to translate complex data into clear insights and actions;
Commercially minded: you understand how growth, margin, and stock health work together;
A confident communicator who’s not afraid to give direct advice to management.
What we offer
A key role in the relaunch of an iconic brand;
A versatile position where strategy and execution go hand in hand;
The chance to work with an ambitious and energetic team in an entrepreneurial environment;
A competitive salary and, of course, a generous discount on our collection;
Most importantly: the opportunity to build something that truly matters.
